Custom Divers, renowned for its high-quality range of products that cater to divers of all skill levels—from beginners to advanced—offers the S40 Wing System as an ideal solution for divers progressing from single-cylinder and twin-set configurations to rebreather diving. The S40 package includes a single cylinder adaptor and two cylinder cam belts.
Constructed with a single bladder housed in a robust yet flexible 1100 Cordura fabric, the S40 Wing System boasts a 40lb lift capacity. It features four hose routing slots for streamlined hose and gauge management inside the wing, along with multiple hose retention tabs sewn onto the envelope for secure stowage of hoses and accessories.
The Wind System has a stainless steel backplate and the complete system—comprising the wing, harness, and backplate—has a total weight of 4.6 kg.
The S40 Wing Wystem features a fully adjustable three-part harness designed to fit divers of all sizes. The non-breaking harness can be easily resized by adjusting through the welded 45-degree stainless steel D-rings on either side. For added comfort, the harness includes padded shoulder straps, and all accessories can be repositioned to suit individual diving preferences.
Each system comes fully assembled, complete with four 45-degree D-rings, a crotch/scooter D-ring, and a fully adjustable chest strap, ensuring a customizable fit for any diver.
